We have a variety of Villas to offer ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms of first class Mexican design. At this time during Phase Three we are offering a two bedroom villa with two and a half bathrooms for the amount of $185,000.00 USD. Mr Alvaro Guzman who is the architect and the construction manager, is recognized as one of the foremost architects in all of Oaxaca State. He is also one of three partners and has a vested interest in the entire community.
The Villas are equipped with cold and hot water, and drainage. Propane gas is used for cooking. Solar water heaters. A small monthly fee covers the property taxes, electricity for public areas, garbage collection and public area maintenance. In addition, maid service can be provided for $13.00 to $16.00 US per day. General laborers are approx. $15.00 to $20.00 US per day.
